She joined the Social Sector with the passion to work for a social enterprise that offers innovative solutions to grass roots issues faced by the underserved community. Prior to this she was performing a business partnering role at Syngenta, a global market leader in agribusiness and National Foods Limited, a pioneer in local FMCG industry, where she gained a well-rounded experience in all HR areas. In her association with Sensei International, she conducted leadership interventions for international conglomerates.
Elishba is a graduate of Institute of Business Management with majors in Human Resources and Marketing. In addition, she is a certified trainer and Neuro Linguistics Programming practitioner and uses both to coach, engage and retain people.
