Ali Faraz Siddiqui brings over 15 years of local and international experience in the private sector, including experience in leading key operational projects in the petroleum industry with Raceway Petroleum USA, and in the telecom industry with Mobilink – a Vimplecom company in Pakistan.
Ali joined the Aman family in 2015 and has been serving as Head of Operations for the vocational training facility, AmanTech, since 2016. Under his leadership, the institute has successfully concluded international donor funded projects such as the $7 million USAID KYWDP Project, and the first round of the Training Fund for Sindh and Balochistan funded by the TVET Sector Support Program.
In the past year, Ali’s leadership has played an instrumental role in positioning AmanTech as an organization that is capable of producing strategies for long-term growth in the vocational training sector. Apart from overseeing overall operations, he is also spearheading consultancy projects that ensure sustainability of the institute; AmanTech has entered into a partnership with the Fauji Foundation to provide consultancy services in designing and operationalizing a state-of-the-art TVET facility in Sialkot. Other consultancy projects that have been secured under Ali’s expert management include a consultancy project from BBSUTSD Khaipur Mirs for revamping their institute in Khairpur, as well as a public private partnership with the Government of Punjab to take over three institutes in the province and uplift their operational standards to be at par with AmanTech.
Ali has graduated from Mercy College, New York with a Bachelors in Computer Science and is pursuing a Masters in Business Administration from DeVry University, USA. He is also currently a member of NAVTTC’s Executive Council of National Skills Forum.
