The Automobiles Technician Certificate Program provides a broad introduction to motor vehicle servicing and maintenance for front-line workers. This program enables students to carry out routine services under supervision and equips students with a broader range of skills needed to identify faults and carry out complete vehicle service and repairs.
Students are trained on all the repairing and troubleshooting aspects of the vehicle, such as Panel repairing, Mig welding , Washer welding , Gas cutting, Grinding and Body alignment. This is one of the two courses at Aman Tech that are part of the Toyota Technical Education Program (T-TEP). Students are taught according to standards of Toyota Motors, and in sync with the industry requirement.
The students are trained to work on all the paint works aspects of the vehicle, such as Putty shaping, Spray Gun Operation, Primer Surfacer Application, Color Matching, Masking, Top Coating, Polishing, Paint Defects Diagnosis. This 6 month course is also a T-TEP program.
Students are trained in areas of electrical & electronics systems, circuits and appliances. They are also fully equipped to carry out installation and maintenance of electrical fixed assets in operations like mining sawmills, oil, construction, housing and gas industries. Instrumentation and assembling of equipment and hands-on training on PLCs, designing and assembling of printed circuits, micro controller and microprocessor boards is offered as well.
Students are trained to use power-driven machine tools, such as Power Saws, Lathes, Milling Machines, Shaper Machines and Drill Presses. These sharp cutting tools are used to mechanically cut material and achieve the desired geometry. Machining is an important part of the manufacturing process for almost all industrial products.
Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning students are trained to install, service and maintain refrigeration systems. In addition to this, students receive basic training about RAC systems that control and maintain air quality, temperature and humidity inside offices, schools, leisure complexes and other modern buildings as well.
Students are trained in the field of Fabrication, Welding and Pipe work by an internationally recognized curriculum enabling them to secure jobs in a variety of fields, such as the Oil and Gas Sector, Automobile Industry, Construction Sector, Ship Manufacturing, and Aircraft Manufacturing etc.
The CAD/CAM Department at Aman Tech provides in-depth training in fields of Computer Aided Designing and Computer Aided Manufacturing. Software’s like AutoCAD and Pro-Engineer are used for training the students which enables them to gain command over mechanical design and modeling both in 2D and 3D. Basic training related to CNC machining and programming is imparted to the students as well.
This course introduces the use of civil drafting application and its concepts in the civil field. This unit aims to equip candidates with the basic understanding and principles of 2D drawing environment, in terms of hardware, software and physical surroundings. It explores the typical composition of a CAD system and health and safety matters that are associated with safe working practices.
This 6-month carpentry course includes basic training on cutting, shaping and installation of building materials during the construction of buildings, ships, timber bridges and concrete formwork etc.
This 3-month course consists of hands on, practical training for both basic learners and experienced individuals. Trainees are provided with a progressive learning experience, starting from basic safety practices, plumbing drawing, cutting and bending of pipes etc.
Stitching machinist trade is all about home textile stitching. It only includes stitching of items like bed sheets, pillow covers, curtain and duvet/quilt covers along with the theory of stitching, safety and basic mathematical calculations.
The aim of this course is to enable the students to handle the printing machine, print multi-color jobs; control inks water balance, register, different printing problem solving and safe handling of tools, machinery and equipment, chemicals. They will also learn about paper and board sheet material, printing inks for offset printing and modern trends in offset printing.
The aim of the course is to enable the students to handle and setup fitting and assembling of critical machine assemblies, i.e. gear box, machine housings, machine slides, machine fasteners etc. according to machine assembly drawings under close supervision.
