Aman Tech seeks to align Pakistan’s labour force with the expectations of the private sector both locally and internationally. This is a critical success factor that provides the underserved with access to overseas markets, and generates earning streams that lead to the uplift and development of their families and communities.
Despite the presence of 3,125 vocational training institutes in the country, the labour force in Pakistan is not aligned with the expectations of the private sector. This can be attributed partly to the outdated teaching material and equipment as well as a lack of focus on soft skills. To resolve this issue Aman Foundation established Aman Tech a state-of-the-art Vocational Training institute in 2011.
